As well as ensuring that audit compliance and statutory obligations are met, our experienced audit team will help you to identify both financial and commercial risk issues and recommend solutions.

We provide auditing services to limited companies, LLP's, charities and other not-for-profit organisations. Our audit clients also include groups; where we are either the group auditor or a subsidiary auditor for groups with overseas parent companies. In addition to the Companies Act audit, we also undertake audit work on government and other grant claims.

Due to changes in the thresholds, there are many organisations that no longer fall within the requirement for audit, however may still want to continue a high level of assurance without the full audit process. A Limited Assurance Report can be a good alternative and can be designed around specific areas of concern or target different areas each year. In addition to this, we are also able to offer a full internal control assurance review.
